Can I Get A Whoop Whoop? Time For a Little R&R!

Hi, all!

Guess where I am on this beautiful Friday - Gatlinburg, Tennessee!  They are experiencing some remarkably un-fall-like weather, but it's been a pleasant trip so far.  Not too much fall color yet, but it's still a pretty place to take quilt pictures!

I hope you're ready for getting your whoop whoop on, because it's time for.

Because of my short week, I didn't get to do too much sewing this week.  BUT - - -  I have been working on a Christmas stocking for Nathanael, and it's getting closer and closer to being finished!  Car rides are a great time to work on cross-stitch.  This is going to be really cute when it is finished!

And just for fun, here's a picture of some of the scenery we saw as we drove around the Great Smoky Mountains National Park today...

And here's what my little sweeties have been doing this week

Reveling in their secret identities - - - Rapunzel (Lilli), Sleeping Beauty (her cousin Mya), and Tinkerbelle (Emmy) - - - in the happiest place on earth!  They've had a ball, met all the princesses and even Mickey Mouse!

Now, you have to understand - Emmy adores Mickey Mouse - watching the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is one of the first things she wants to do when she comes over to my house.  Even before pancakes!  But I think, from the expression on her face, that he was a little bit bigger in person than she thought he would be!

*&*&*&*&*&*&*

So that's what I'm whooping about this week!

Now it's your turn!

What's making you smile this week?

What's got you dancing the happy dance?

Share - we want to dance right along with you!

Remember - it doesn't have to be a finish!
Just something that you're happy to have accomplished.

The party will stay open until Sunday midnight -
Hope to see you there!

Hugs!

Sarah

  13. The stocking is adorable. I wish I could do needle work in the car. Ugh. I would be so carsick. It always seems like time wasted just driving along. Oh well....

    Have a great weekend!
