Make-A-List Monday - Rollin', Rollin', Rollin'...

Hi, all!

Wow, it has been a busy busy week around here!  I gave Jolene a run for her money this week, something I hadn't done in quite a while, and it felt really good!!  So let's take a look at last week's list and see exactly what happened....

1.  Prepare the schedule for this year's 12 Days of Christmas in July blog hop.
Done! We have 34 quilt bloggers participating this year, so be prepared for a whole lot of Christmas-y inspiration in July!!

2.  Put binding on two quilts that will be given away to high school graduates at our church.
Done!  But this is just the tip of the iceberg...

3.  Quilt and bind two more graduation quilts.
Done, sort of - I quilted five quilts, and dropped them off for someone else to put the binding on!  We've still got a bunch more to get quilted, though....

4.  Quilt two more SBB quilts.
I only had three more SBB quilts, so I finished them all, put the binding on them, added them to the other two I finished earlier and put them in the mail today. Aren't they pretty?

5.  Prepare a kit for the next set of blocks for the Long Time Gone quilt.
Done - and not only the kit, but I actually finished the blocks.  I jumped ahead because I wanted to play with some of the bonus HSTs I made in the last year, so I'll have to work on the real "this week's blocks" this week...

6.  Put borders on a quilt top to finish for a friend.
I didn't get to this one yet, because I had a time-sensitive commission job come in.  More on that below!

7.  Keep up with any quilt ministry needs that come up.
Done!  This quilt is going to a woman just diagnosed with colon cancer...

...and this one is going to a nurse recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

I also spent time this week working on this quilting commission - I love the way it turned out!  I quilted in a small random meander around the collar pieces and the ties so they stand out.

So that was last week - very productive!  Here's what's on tap for me this week...

1.  Start another t-shirt commission quilt.

2.  Put the borders on the quilt top for a friend.

3.  Make a set of four cushion covers and two pillows.

4.  Work on my Long Time Gone quilt blocks for the week.

5.  Work on more of the graduation quilts.

6.  Keep up with any quilt ministry needs that come up.

Definitely enough to keep me out of trouble!  So now the question is - - - what are YOU working on this week?

Hugs!

Sarah
