Fasting is never a good thing in the long run. (It leads to Diabetes.) I'm a Diabetic, and in all the Kaiser Permanente classes I have been to, I have learned that fasting makes your body think you are in a famine situation, and it stores against the famine. Eat a balanced diet, and just eat less of a portion. All that quilting should lose you pounds. It is a very physical workout... yes? Stay away from sweets, get that fix from fresh fruit... We all love you and want you to be well.<br />Now lets talk about stress. That is such an intense list of things to do. Half would still be too much. (Some of losing weight is being less stressed.)<br />This week I'm working at getting my house decluttered (for it to be seen by would be buyers) and working a bit in the evenings on the hand sewn hexies. That is all. If I don't get it done - then I'll do more next week. I've read something about IF, or Intermittent Fasting, on paleo eating blogs, so there may be something to it, but paleo eaters typically are fat adapted (burning mainly fat v. carbs for fuel) which supposedly makes it easier to do. I used to have to eat immediately upon getting up but since transitioning to a more paleo way, I can easily skip breakfast (not that I usually want to, but I can without getting a headache and feeling like Ima die, LOL).
