Can I Get A Whoop Whoop? Time For A Giveaway!!

Hi, all!

I'm definitely ready to get my whoop whoop on today - for several reasons!!!  Vacation starts today, and in order to get ready for vacation, I finished three quilts...




...and quilted eight more that some other good folks have taken to bind and finish....









I'll tell more about these quilts in the next quilt ministry update, but these quilts will bring our total this year to 100 so far!  Whoop whoop!!


AND - - - I've hit 700 followers!!!!

Because this event can't go by unnoticed, or uncelebrated, we've got a great giveaway!!!  The wonderful Julie of The Intrepid Thread is offering up a fat quarter bundle of Amy Butler's new line, Cameo, in the Tall Stories color way!

    My favorite vacation spot is Ettal, Germany. It is nestled in the Alps close to many fairy tale castles with a beautiful abbey in town. Some beautiful and peaceful - heaven on earth!

    I haven't vacationed in a long time - but as a kid, we vactioned in the Adirondack Mts. near Old Forge NY every summer (July) - their fireworks on the lake were spectacular and the local rodeo a must!

    Cameo, did you see all that turquoise? They have it in Voile too! More turquoise in La Dee Da, and Pretty little things too! I could go bankrupt on that site, for sure!

    My favourite holiday spot is the Vendee in France, because it has gorgeous sandy beaches that are also full of waves that are brilliantly jumpable which was a favourite holiday hobby of mine growing up, we'd go back there every 3 or 4 years.

    Vacationing anywhere there is the ocean is perfect for me. Mostly at Ocean City NJ....the boardwalk, the bubble tea and my BFF who lives nearby. Pure heaven.

    My favorite vacation spot is Myrtle Beach in December. My Sweetie and I can still be on the beach with our sweatshirts and not have to worry about the crowd. Oceanside rooms are cheap cheap cheap.

    My favorite vacation spot so far is Oak Island, North Carolina. It isn't commercialized and I can rent a house reasonably and be on the beach by 6:30 most mornings.

    Whoop Whoop for 700 followers! My favorite vacation spot is Vermont. Specifically Addison. Its located right on Lake Champlain, and is almost smack in the middle of Burlington and Middlebury. We have friends that have a home there on the lake and it is so beautiful and peaceful.

    Fave vacation spot - anywhere that my family is! We did disneyland last summer and that was awesome, then this summer we were about 25minutes from our front door with my parents and sister and her family, and that was equally good!!

    hummm my favorite vacation spot? It has been so long since I have had a vacation - I really don't have any one spot to declare - where would I want to go on a fabulous vacation? I am wishing to go to Amsterdam during the spring as I love tulips and related spring bulbs!

    My favorite vacation spot is a trip to the mountains- Jasper Alberta Canada to be precise- It is always beautiful there- whatever the season. It is a great place just to go and relax.
