Can I Get a Whoop Whoop? A Quilty Finish!!

Hi, all!

Well, Friday is showing its lovely face once again, and you know what that means - it's time for us to get our whoop whoop on!!  Let's go!

*&*&*&*&*&*&*

This week I was putting away some fabric, and discovered this material that was perfect for a quilt back...

...and so that got whipped up.  Then today I had few minutes to sew and decided to load this quilt on the frame.....

Some big loopy meandering...

...and this quilt was ready for its photo shoot!!

The sun even decided to come out and join the party!

And once again, here's the back that jump-started this finish!

So - - - can I get a whoop whoop??

*&*&*&*&*&*&*

And now it's your turn!

What's got you whooping it up this week?

What's making you do a little happy dance?

Share!  We want to dance right along with you,

And it's always more fun to dance with friends!

The party will stay open until Sunday midnight.

Hope to see you there!

Hugs!

Sarah

  2. What a beautiful quilt - front and back! I finally finished two 'big' quilt tops and then proceeded to make a few miniature (baby size) of the same pattern - perfect for left over fabric pieces :)!

  11. What a fun quilt! You're right; that backing fabric is PERFECT for this top. I like the way you quilted it, too -- kind of like large scale spiral meandering? Congrats on a wonderful finish!

  15. Oh, I love seeing this one all finished! If you recall, I made a whole quilt of those disappearing blocks. They are soooo busy, I think the way you set them on point and surrounded by a calming gray is really the best way to handle them. Congrats on such a bright, fun finish!
