Can you believe it's Friday again? First of all, I'd like to apologize because I haven't had a chance to check out everyone's whoop whoop links from last Friday - it took all the spare time I had to finish up the end of the Hands2Help Challenge! But I'll try to get back on track this week - promise!
I'm so excited about my whoop whoop this week - it's something I've wanted to get finished for a very long time!
The blocks for this quilt were made as part of the Bee Splendid virtual bee group, back in July of 2010.
Made from all scraps, the block is a traditional Jacob's Ladder block.
This is only a bit more than a quarter of it - this baby is huge!!
It's also the first quilt Jolene and I have done custom quilting on - and as I finished it up, I realized what the name of this quilt has to be! "Friends Don't Let Friends Quilt Drunk!" Now, I don't drink - but my beginner's custom FMQ looks like I do!! I'm hoping with enough practice, muscle memory will take over and my quilting will become a little less organic - but fortunately, I like organic! So I'm pretty pleased with the way this came out!!
And here's one more shot, just 'cause it's pretty! I love the bright colors and random scrappiness in this quilt. Thanks, all you Bee Splendid members, for helping me make such a wonderful quilt!!

So that's my whoop whoop for the week!
What have you been working on?
What are you dancing a happy dance about?
Please share - we'd love to dance with you!!

Be there or be square!!
Hugs!
