Toddlerless Tuesday #16! Well, not quite toddlerless....

Hi, all!

Well, even though it's Tuesday, it wasn't exactly toddlerless around here.  We still have lots of snow and school was cancelled for today, so Lilli came to stay with me today!  But between yesterday's snow day and nap time today, I got a good bit done, so I'll show you what I did!

I put borders on the Jacob's Ladder quilt....

I worked on my Christmas quilt UFO - a Trip Around the World pattern, now 1/4 pieced...

I pieced a quilt flimsy for a little girl with cancer......

And Lilli and I delivered this finished quilt to church to go to its recipient.....

I forgot to take a picture of the finished quilt!  Can you believe it?
Plus I had lots of fun playing with my granddaughter today - she was quite a sweetie - no fits of temper - she even helped me pin strips of my Christmas quilt!  And thanks to Shrek and the Wizard of Oz, we stayed well entertained!  So all in all, it's been a great Tuesday!

And a reminder - just in case this is the first time you've checked my blog this week, be sure to take a look at my Sunday post - it's my first blogiversary, and I'm having a giveaway!  The drawing will be Thursday, so there's still time to join in the fun!!

Are you snowed in this week?  Getting much done, or playing in the snow?

Later!

Sarah

  1. I particularly like the Jacob's Ladder quilt! It's not snowing here, although they keep telling us it might. I feel left out since it seems like so many people are getting snow right now.

  9. Love all of the quilts. One of them is similar to one that I am working on, not ready for pictures just yet. Tired of the snow because I still have to go to work and can't stay home and play, sew, I mean.

  13. Sarah,

Saw a comment on Qubee Quilts about donating fabric to your quilt ministry. Could you provide me with the details? I have SO MUCH stuff, I could gladly donate to your cause.
