Hi, all!
Oh. My. Gosh. Is it really only ten more days until Christmas? If you're like me, you're working frantically trying to get projects done in time - please tell me I'm not alone! But I have worked on a few things that I'm whooping about this week - let's get started!
The back of my quilt frame holds most of my week's output...
...like these fun and toasty warm cowls...
...a couple of floor pillows for a friend (they even have zippers!)...
...and three sets of t-shirt quilt blocks that I finished this afternoon! I''m glad to have that part of the job out of the way - it's my least favorite part and always seems to go slowly. Tomorrow I'll be cutting the background for the first quilt and putting it together!
I've also been having fun with yarn this week - including making this little scarf that Emmy will be getting for Christmas - because she "wuvs" it! In fact, she "wuvved" it so much she wanted to try it on before it was off the needles!
I also started hearing from people who want to participate in another 12 Days of Christmas in July blog hop! I'm so excited! If you want to be a stop on the hop this coming July, leave a comment below and I'll get in touch with you...
I'm happy to have made this much progress this week! It's pedal to the metal time now - got lots to finish up!!
Can I get a whoop whoop??
*&*&*&*&*&*&*
And now it's your turn!
What's making you whoop it up this week?
What's got you dancing a little happy dance?
Share! We want to dance right along with you -
And it's always more fun to dance with friends!
The party will stay open until Sunday midnight -
Hope to see you there!
Hugs!
Sarah
