Can I Get A Whoop Whoop? It's Still A Finish....

Hi, all!

Wow!  It's Friday again - can you believe it? - and we all know what that means!  It's time for us to get our whoop whoop on!  Let's go...

*&*&*&*&*&*&*

I only have a picture of one true finish this week....

...because puzzles are addictive, don't you know?  If I have a puzzle started, it's so hard to not say 'just one more piece' and stand working on it for ages.  But I did actually quilt and bind two quilts for the ministry...

Here's one of them on the frame.  I failed to get pictures of the two quilts, unfortunately, so you'll just have to take my word for it that I finished them!

And while I was doing all that, Bree learned how to be a good dog and let me work!  She really did amazingly well, bless her.

And I've been working on the blocks and layout for the second tutorial prototype, too!  Who knows if this will be start of the final layout - but I do think it's interesting!

So - - - can I get a whoop whoop?

*&*&*&*&*&*&*

And now it's your turn!

What's got you whooping it up this week?

What's making you do a little happy dance?

Share! We want to dance right along with you,

And it's always more fun to dance with friends!

The party will stay open until Sunday midnight.

Hope to see you there!

Hugs!

Sarah

  1. I get so wrapped up in putting together a puzzle, that I lose all track of time.
Your quilt on the frame is beautiful and I love the fabric in your prototype quilt. Keep up the good work.

  2. Puzzles are indeed addictive. Mom and I do them when I am visiting her. When my brother shows up also the three of us work on them. We are a pretty good team.
Both the quilt on the wall and the one on the frame are looking good.

  4. I'm so glad Bree is finding her groove in your sewing room. I'm hoping my puppy, Wally, will start to settle back in. When we first brought him home, it was his favorite room. Now he's distracted by the crazy disarray leftover from Christmas sewing. I'm distracted too, so cleaning up and organizing is on top of the list! BTW, I'm enjoying all your ideas for the H2H tutorials. Keep up the great work!

  13. Looks like Bree is willing to help you with the binding! I got a puzzle for the holidays, but I am afraid to open it and start on it. They are magnetic!
