Make-A-List Monday - Finding a New Normal!

Hi, all!

Monday is here, and it's time to make another list!  I've been feeling a little "at loose ends" for the last few days - all the adoption quilts are done, the quilts for Emmy and Nathanael's bedroom are finished, all of the needs that have been driving me for the past six months are gone - so I need to get back on a regular routine again!

First, though, let's see how last week's list went...

1.  Finish quilting the stained glass quilt.
Done!  I'm so happy to have finished this in time to give to my sister at her wedding this past Saturday!

The front...

...and the back!
You can read more about this quilt here.

2.  Keep working on repairing the antique quilt.
It's still in progress, but moving slowly.

3.  Work on the pennant quilt tutorial.
(My niece told me about a great FREE drafting program that may help me do some of the needed diagrams for this tutorial - I can't wait to give it a try!)
I finally got the program downloaded this past weekend
(I hate having metered data!) so hopefully I can make some progress on this now!

4.  Keep up with any ministry needs that come up.
Done! It was an easy week - only one quilt - but I have a feeling it's going to heat up soon...

This quilt went to a woman with cancer, living in Louisiana.  The beautiful blocks were part of a very large top that was donated to us - we took it apart and made it into several smaller lap-size quilts.  I think this is the last of them...

OK.  Last week's list went ok, but not great.  But at least I got that quilt finished in time for the wedding!  I don't have much in the way of "nana" responsibilities this week, so let's see what mischief I can get into....

1.  Work on a baby quilt for a gift.

2.  Work on a quilt design for submission.

3.  Work on the pennant quilt tutorial.

4.  Work on another gift quilt.

5. Work on the antique quilt repair.

6.  Cut up scraps for a scrap quilt by this pattern.

7.  Keep up with any quilt ministry needs that arise.

It feels strange to be finding a new normal, now that Emmy is going to preschool in the middle of the day.  And even this won't be normal for long - because school lets out in about three weeks here, and it will be summer!  But I'm trying to get into a routine again so I'm productive and not just spinning my wheels.  Maybe I can get my scraps under control!!!

You know what I'm planning to work on, so now the question is - - - what are YOU working on this week?

Hugs!

Sarah
